Privacy

What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site is small: right now fitmentry.com is a holding page, a sign-in, and one form.

Who is responsible

Fitmentry operates this website. Write to privacy@fitmentry.com about anything on this page and a person will answer.

What is collected, and when

Reading this site collects nothing about you. There are no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no third-party embeds, and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else's server. Everything this page needs comes from fitmentry.com.

Information reaches us only when you send it:

• Asking for access. Your name, your business, your email address, and which language the page was in when you sent it. The last one is not typed — it is recorded so a reply can be written in a language you read.
• Signing in. Your email address, to identify the account. Sign-in is invite-only during the private build.

Nothing on this site asks for a payment detail, a government identifier, or a vehicle. If a page here ever appears to, it is not ours.

Server records

The web server keeps an ordinary request log — IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. It exists to keep the site running and to see abuse, it is not joined to anything you submitted, and it is kept for 14 days and then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling, and shows no cookie banner because it has nothing to ask permission for.

Two things are stored, both strictly necessary:

• A sign-in cookie, created only if you sign in, which keeps you signed in and is removed when you sign out.
• Your language, remembered in your own browser's local storage if the site has resolved one for you. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

Why we hold it

To reply to you about access, and to run the account if you have one. Your address is not added to a marketing list, and you will not receive anything you did not ask for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who else can see it

Almost nobody. This site and its database run on a single server we rent from DigitalOcean, and that is the only company with any access, to the extent that running a server requires it. Nothing is passed to an analytics, advertising or marketing service, because none is used. Beyond that, personal information is disclosed only where the law requires it.

How long

An access request is kept until the private build ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, and then deleted. Account information is kept while the account exists.

What you can ask for

Write to privacy@fitmentry.com and ask for any of these. You do not need a reason, and there is no charge.

• A copy of what we hold about you.
• A correction, if something is wrong.
• Deletion. If you ask us to forget an access request, we delete it.

We answer within 14 days, and usually the same week. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your own country, and nothing here is meant to discourage that.

Children

This is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this page changes materially while we hold an access request from you, we will email you at the address you gave rather than change it quietly. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
